What Cell Wellbeing Is
Cell Wellbeing is a wellness technology that analyzes epigenetic signals captured in the hair bulb follicle. These signals reflect how your environment and lifestyle may be influencing gene expression and metabolic balance.
The goal is to give you clear, actionable insights—focused on nutrition, environment, and daily habits—so you can support your body’s natural ability to find balance (homeostasis). It’s used in 67 countries by wellbeing practitioners, nutrition and fitness professionals, trichology centers, and more.
How It Works
We gently pluck four hairs with bulbs from the back of your head (the occipital area). This takes seconds and most people describe it as a brief pinch.
Within three minutes, the hair bulb information is digitized by a small device called the S‑Drive and sent—encrypted—via a secure connection to Cell Wellbeing’s technology center in Hamburg, Germany.
Powerful algorithms and AI assess relevancy across nutritional and environmental indicators. No personal identifiers (like your name or address) are transmitted.
Within about 15 minutes, your encrypted results are returned, the report is automatically generated, and your practitioner adds your name and their details to your personalized PDF.
Sample Report

The S-Drive is a peripheral computer device designed to digitize epigenetic data found in the hair bulb/follicle through the S-Drive process.
-
Four hair bulbs/follicles plucked from the occipital (rear) area of the skull.
-
Hair shafts and bulbs/follicles can store historic metabolic and nutritional data over time and are described in the note as effective biomarkers reflecting Homeostasis and epigenetic influences.
