SHIPPING & RETURNS

All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service Team. To initiate a return, please email us at info@amevitality.com Our returns policy allows for returns within 7 days from the date of purchase.

We only accept returns for defective products.

We don not accept exchanges.

We cannot accept returns for the following:

Products returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase.

Products that have been opened or used (removed from its plastic wrap).

Products not in their original condition.

Products that were part of a bundle, unless the complete bundle is returned.

Products included in an offer/promotion; if returned, we will charge the full price for the other items from the offer.

Please allow 7 business days to process your refund.

Please ensure that you do not send any products without prior authorization from our Customer Service Team and if they do not meet the specified return criteria listed above. We do not issue refunds for non-authorized returns and items that do not qualify, and we cannot return the items to you in such cases. When returning a product, obtain a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office.

In the event that your return is due to an error on our part with your order or a faulty product, we will refund your postage costs. However, if your return was not authorized by our Customer Service Team before sending it back, we cannot be held responsible for refunding your postage costs. If a product initially deemed faulty is found to be in working condition upon testing, you will be charged the return postage cost to have the product sent back to you.
